The post-graduate course of KyIU awards PhD degrees in different fields:
- 015 – Professional education (of majors).
- 081 – Law.
- 051 – Economics.
Post-graduate entrance and organization of the educational process are is accomplished according to the law of Ukraine “About Higher Education”, according to the law of Ministry of Education and science of Ukraine “About licensing of educational activity on the third educational and scientific level” №389 of 08.04.2016.
Structure of PhD Programs of Postgraduate and Higher Education Studies at KyIU:
- english academic writing;
- professional seminars;
- postgraduate courses;
- individual choice courses in the masters courses;
- project management courses;
- psychological and pedagogical research;
- scientific and pedagogical practice;
- writing a “doctoral project”;
- writing articles in international journals;
- speeches at international conferences;
- writing and public thesis defense.
The standard period of doctor of philosophy programme within post-graduate (post-graduate military) studies is four years.
